Each rentable unit in your portfolio — an apartment, house, condo, or room. Common areas and storage don't count.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

How does payment processing work?

Tenants pay rent through Sunstead via ACH bank transfer or card. ACH transfers are capped at approximately $5 per transaction. Card payments are 3.4% + 30 cents per transaction. These fees are deducted automatically — no invoices or surprises.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no contracts or commitments. Cancel from your settings and your subscription ends at the current billing period.

Do tenants pay anything?

No. Tenants use the platform for free. Only landlords pay the subscription.

What's included in the annual plan?
